The technical side taught me how things are built and what it takes to deliver quality, while sales sharpened my ability to communicate value and drive results under pressure. That combination made me a more empathetic and practical leader one who bridges the gap between technical teams and business objectives to move projects forward effectively. Over the years, I’ve also learned that leadership is not about having all the answers. It’s about asking the right questions, trusting your team, and creating an environment where people feel empowered to do their best work. Mentors like Mr. Younis Ashoor (My Ex-Boss), who brought decades of field experience and led by example, also shaped how I carry myself as a leader with patience, decisiveness, and a commitment to continuous learning.
So in short, my journey has taught me that the best leaders are those who have walked the floor, understood the work from the inside, and never stopped growing.”
