We started the interview by asking, “ALMA Real Estate Hellas has become synonymous with trust and excellence. What inspired you to create a company driven by the philosophy of “A Heart-Made Business”?
Charikleia Stouka replied, “I was raised with strong values: honesty, respect, and integrity—that would have guided me in any profession.
When I entered real estate, I discovered a clear gap and strong demand for humane, respectful interactions. Customers too often felt pressured, misunderstood, or misled. That contrast made my path clear. ALMA Real Estate Hellas was created to bring heart, transparency, and dignity back into the process—a true Heart-Made Business, where people always come before profit.”
