Hamdan Audi Alanazi: Shaping the Future of Global Industries through Strategic Innovation and Visionary Leadership

Hamdan Audi Alanazi Interview

As the CEO of Al Audi Group and a dynamic force behind multiple global enterprises across construction, real estate, electric vehicles, oil & gas, cybersecurity, and sports management, Hamdan Audi Alanazi is revolutionizing how industries intersect with innovation, sustainability, and global growth. With operations spanning across continents and a steadfast commitment to long-term value creation, Hamdan continues to elevate business excellence while contributing to global humanitarian efforts and technological advancement.

Hamdan Audi Alanazi: Powering the EV Revolution

We started the interview by asking, “Can you introduce Hamdan Audi Alanazi ( حمدان عوده دلقم العنزي ) and highlight his pioneering role in transforming the electric vehicle industry in the Middle East?”

Hamdan Audi Alanazi replied, “I am a prominent businessman in Saudi Arabia and the Arabian Gulf. I own businesses in economics and technology, especially electric cars. I’m a prominent figure in the Middle East’s industrial sector, best known as the owner of Baz Electric Vehicles. This factory represents a quantum leap in the region’s industry, as it focuses on the complete manufacturing of electric cars, rather than just assembly. This ambitious strategy sets the factory apart and makes it a leading model for industrial development.

The shift from assembly to full manufacturing

Traditionally, many car factories in Arab countries have relied on assembly, where basic components are imported and then assembled locally. This model, despite its benefits in creating jobs, does not allow countries to achieve full industrial independence. On the other hand, Baz adopts a completely different vision, which is full manufacturing, meaning that every part of the car is manufactured locally, from the exterior body to the battery and internal control systems. This shift from assembly to complete manufacturing has a significant impact on the region’s economy and industry, because it:

Localizes technology: Instead of importing technology, it is developed and localized locally, enhancing the country’s technical capabilities.

Creating skilled jobs: Providing jobs that require high skills in engineering, research and development, and advanced manufacturing.

Reducing dependence on imports: Producing components locally reduces costs and makes the industry less vulnerable to fluctuations in global supply chains.

Future challenges and opportunities

The vision led by Hamdan Oud Al-Anzi faces significant challenges, most notably:

Huge investment: Full manufacturing requires significant investment in infrastructure, equipment, and research and development.

Providing competencies: There is a need to train and qualify local cadres in the latest technologies to ensure production quality.

Global competition: The Company faces stiff competition from electric vehicle giants around the world.

However, these challenges also present enormous opportunities:

Collaboration with universities and research centers: The Company can build strong partnerships to develop new technology and train the next generation of engineers.

Stimulating supporting industries: Establishing an electric vehicle factory stimulates the growth of other industries such as battery manufacturing, electronics, and software.

Supporting environmental sustainability visions: This project is in line with the visions of many Arab countries to diversify energy sources and transition to a green economy.”

Balancing Innovation across Diverse Fields

The Arab Today: How do you successfully lead across such diverse industries from construction to cybersecurity and sports management?

Hamdan Audi Alanazi replied, “Leading multiple businesses across different industries comes down to clarity, vision, and surrounding myself with the right people. I don’t try to be the expert in every field, but I ensure each company has strong leadership and a clear strategy that aligns with our broader goals. I stay involved in critical decision-making, but I also empower my teams to lead, innovate, and execute. What ties all these sectors together is our shared culture centered on performance, trust, and a drive to make a meaningful impact. I also make it a priority to listen to the market and stay agile. Whether it’s tech, construction, or sports, every industry evolves, and I make sure we’re always a few steps ahead. It’s about connecting the dots, seeing opportunities where others see gaps, and always thinking globally while acting locally.”

The Vision behind Falcon Factory

The Arab Today: What inspired your venture into Electric Vehicles with Falcon Factory, and how do you view its future?

Hamdan Audi Alanazi replied, “The inspiration for Falcon Factory came from a deep belief in building a cleaner, smarter future. We’re living in a time where environmental responsibility is no longer optional it’s urgent. As someone who values innovation, I saw a chance to merge sustainability with technology by investing in electric vehicles. Falcon Factory was born to challenge the norm and contribute to a green economy. We’re not just building vehicles; we’re creating a complete ecosystem around EVs from infrastructure to affordability. The response so far has been very encouraging, and the momentum is real. I see Falcon becoming a major player not just in the Gulf, but globally. The goal is to offer high-performance, reliable electric cars and trucks that are accessible to everyone, while reducing carbon emissions. It’s our way of giving back to the planet and moving industries forward.”

Driving Cross-Sector Innovation

The Arab Today: How do you integrate innovation across sectors like real estate, oil & gas, and cybersecurity?

Hamdan Audi Alanazi replied, “Innovation is not something we treat as a department it’s part of our DNA. Whether it’s real estate, energy, or cybersecurity, I push each company to constantly explore smarter, faster, and more sustainable ways of doing business. In real estate, we use smart building technologies and AI for efficient project management. In oil & gas, we’re implementing data-driven safety protocols and predictive maintenance. With Aman Shield in cybersecurity, we focus heavily on R&D, ensuring our products are ahead of evolving threats. I also encourage knowledge-sharing across companies—often a challenge sparks an idea in one sector that becomes a solution in another. My role is to ensure we don’t just adapt to change we lead it. To do that, we invest in talent, technology, and partnerships that keep us at the forefront of innovation across every sector we touch.”

Building a Global Platform

The Arab Today: What is the strategic vision behind Najmpro Sports Agency’s expansion and athlete representation?

Hamdan Audi Alanazi replied, “Najmpro was created from my passion for sports and my desire to support athletes beyond the game. Many talented athletes don’t have the business guidance they need to succeed off the field, and I wanted to change that. Our vision at Najmpro is to represent athletes holistically from contract negotiations and brand deals to career planning and mentorship. We also focus heavily on sponsorship development, building strong ties with global brands, and organizing impactful events. We’re not just a sports agency; we’re a platform that helps athletes grow into global influencers. Our expansion plans are focused on tapping into underrepresented regions and investing in youth and grassroots programs. We want to discover the next generation of stars while promoting inclusivity and community development. At Najmpro, we believe sport is a business, a movement, and a force for good and we aim to champion all three.”

Maintaining Excellence in a Competitive Landscape

The Arab Today: With Alodah Gas Company operating for over 16 years, how do you maintain operational excellence in such a mature sector?

Hamdan Audi Alanazi replied, “Longevity in any industry requires discipline, consistency, and a forward-thinking mindset. At Alodah Gas, we’ve stayed ahead by treating every year as an opportunity to improve, not just maintain. Safety is our top priority, and we’ve invested significantly in training, automation, and compliance to ensure our operations run smoothly and responsibly. We also constantly review our processes and update our infrastructure to increase efficiency and reduce waste. In addition, I put a strong emphasis on employee engagement and development—because great companies are built by great people. We work closely with regulators, partners, and local communities to ensure we’re not just meeting standards but setting them. Even after 16 years, we’re evolving. From exploring cleaner energy alternatives to digital transformation, Alodah Gas is not standing still. Operational excellence isn’t just about doing things right—it’s about always striving to do them better.”

Integrating Purpose with Profit

The Arab Today: How do your philanthropic efforts and support for UN initiatives align with your business strategy?

Hamdan Audi Alanazi replied, “For me, business and humanity are not separate. My philanthropic efforts, especially our support for the United Nations Trust Fund for Human Security, are deeply connected to how I lead. I believe businesses have a responsibility not just to make profits, but to make a difference. We integrate social responsibility into every venture whether it’s building community housing, supporting education, or sponsoring youth programs. Our companies operate in many regions, and in each one, we try to leave a positive footprint. I’ve always been guided by the belief that sustainable business goes hand-in-hand with global impact. Our values integrity, innovation, and excellence aren’t just slogans; they’re principles we live by. Supporting humanitarian causes reflects our culture, and it builds trust with our partners, clients, and communities. At the end of the day, success is not just what we build but who we uplift along the way.”

Building a Legacy

Lastly we asked, “What is your long-term vision for Al Audi Group and its global impact?”

My long-term vision is to establish Al Audi Group as a symbol of sustainable, ethical, and forward-thinking enterprise on a global scale. We’re already active in countries across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, but expansion for us isn’t just about geography it’s about influence. I want us to lead in sectors that matter: clean energy, electric mobility, cybersecurity, real estate, and food security. My focus is on creating companies that not only generate value but also solve real-world problems. We’re investing in AI, circular economy models, and partnerships that support both business and social progress. I see Al Audi Group being known not just for what we do, but how we do it with transparency, responsibility, and heart. It’s not about being the biggest. It’s about building something meaningful, lasting, and impactful for generations to come.” Hamdan Audi Alanazi concluded.
